The Bardhi family farm is the secret of the restaurant's success. The incomparable taste that comes from the earth, completely BIO and without chemicals constitutes an added value. Our dishes serve farm products, plant and animal, grown with a lot of love! We also benefit from them by many by-products, such as: cheeses of different types, pickles, jams, compotes, etc.
